This website www.HomeHandMade.co.uk is owned and operated by Home Hand Made
HomeHandMade deal with the production of things made by hand. For this purpose, various recycling items are used. Not which I could not get the way of recycling and had to buy in the store. All prices published are set by me and are in pounds sterling. Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description, but please do remember that handmade craft is not mass-produced and therefore slight variables in design and colour are always possible.

- Order
2.1 When you place an order I’ll need your name, address, e-mail address. When your request has been processed I’ll notify you of receipt of your order and you’ll be able to check if all the details are correct.
When your order is ready and has been posted I’ll let you know via email.
It’s useful to have a contact telephone number so that we can quickly reach you if we need to discuss your order. Some couriers also require customer’s telephone numbers.
2.2 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
2.3 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you.
2.4 I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of my products that appear on this website. However, I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
2.5 Whilst I try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
2.6 This contract is covered by English law.
2.7 By placing an order with me, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as my privacy policy and the terms of website use.
2.8 If purchasing a quote, the buyer accepts full responsibility for checking the accuracy of that quote.
2.9 The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods being suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased.
2.10 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
2.11 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
2.12 I use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by any bank account or use the PayPal services.
2.13 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
2.14 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
2.15 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
2.16 Once your order is complete I will notify you of the dispatch date.
2.17 Only voucher codes obtained from Home Hand Made Website will be honoured. Any vouchers from this website that are over 6 months old can be considered expired and will not be accepted.
- Payment
3.1 Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of dispatch. Payment is made using our online payment facility bank transfer or you can use PayPal. If you make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Your order won`t be shipped until funds cleared in my account.
3.2 The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered with delivery included, unless clearly marked otherwise.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by anyone at any time.
4.Stock and delivery
4.1 My products are handicraft for each order separately. It does not store products in stock. Therefore you have to add 24 hours to the right from the moment of order. Sometimes it may take longer depending on the quantity and dimensions of the item. Not more than 48 hours from receiving payment for the order. When the product is ready and sent, we will inform you via e-mail. Information about the supply of 24 hours is found under each product. I will do everything to make the product ready earlier than 24 hours, but some of products require time.
4.2 Please do bear this in mind if you are ordering a gift for a specific time. I’ll work very hard to meet the delivery times quoted on our site, but please bear in mind that these are estimates and postal services aren’t always as reliable as I’d like them to be! At times of public holidays (e.g Christmas, Easter and bank holidays) delivery may take a little longer.
4.3 If you need something by a given date and are unable to communicate this via our site please do contact with me via email and I will do our best to help you.
To send good for you I use Post Office or myHermes company.
4.4 Goods will be dispatched from my warehouse within max. 2 days working days and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice. Dispatch may be delayed in accordance with point 4.13.
4.5 We will deliver goods within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Deliveries may be delayed in accordance with point 4.13.
4.6 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
4.7 We can deliver our doors anywhere in mainland Great Britain and Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately we do not deliver to any islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland,
4.8 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.
4.9 If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the goods may be returned to the factory and I reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
4.10 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, I reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery, if the carriers are able to make the change. This will delay your delivery.
4.11 Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within two working days of delivery of the items.
4.12 If the goods are lost or damaged please report this to us within two working days from the delivery day.
4.13 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control I may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. I`m not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
4.14 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
4.15 Shipping costs depend on the size and quantity of the ordered goods. Some of items are sent for free. The prices of shipments are given in the checkout payment.
- Cancellation and returns
5.1 I make every item individually for each person. The goods are not returned unless they have been damaged during delivery. The buyer has 2 days to contact the mail route admin@homehandmade.co.uk or homehandmade2017@gmial.com .Photos of the damaged item are required.
5.2 Once a commissioned piece is ordered and amount has been paid it usually cannot be cancelled unless specifically by agreement with homehandmade.co.uk. However, if you email us as soon as possible after placing the order, we’ll check to see if a cancellation is possible. We are unable to offer refunds for completed commissioned/bespoke pieces.
- Faulty Goods / Guarantee
6.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. In addition, you must provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. Please see points 4.11 and 4.12 for time restrictions
6.2 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until either a indicative digital image is supplied by the customer, or the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.
6.3 The cost of returning goods to me is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, I will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.
6.4 Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to me.
6.5 I`m unable to guarantee and exact colour match due to the nature of the product.
